About this Art Print:
The Invitation is the second release in artist Tom duBois' Noah's Ark series. As is his custom, Tom designed and sewed the costume for each character. This piece tells the story of Noah gathering the animal in preparation for boarding the ark. For this piece, he was confronted with the challenge of creating the "whole" ark, as only a portion had been seen in The Promise. He enveloped it in mist to indicate that the rains had begun and the earth was moist and foggy. In the midst of the trees he placed an angel watches over Noah, his family and his charges.

This mint condition print is professionally matted and/or framed using acid-free, museum quality archival materials in our own custom framing shop. The mats are 100% cotton rag that meets the Library of Congress standard for conservation. The mats are covered with UV light blocking plexi-glass to protect the art from damaging UV light rays. The back of the frame is protected with a dust cover. The original certificate of authenticity is inserted into a pocket that is attached to the back of the frame. The braided picture wire is covered with vinyl and secured into the back of the frame. This print is ready to hang on your wall and comes complete with a recommended hanger. Our frames and matting are hand selected for each piece, we don't bulk buy and force the same frame onto all our prints.
